Read more...Check out the amount of dirt being moved in order to install the water and sewer lines down the main road from our entrance to the Amenities Center. Block one lots are being serviced off this main line as they progress through the community.

At a depth of 23 feet the Sewer line has been run under the 17th fairway from the Rv lots to the Members Recreation Club area which will also allow the future services for Phase 2 & 3 to be connected to.
